| Tom Shillue Overconfident |
Tom Shillue's latest CD Overconfident is the epitome of what every
young comic should aspire to do: Shillue delivers a top-notch
performance with his sharp, sarcastic brand of humor on
Overconfident, which is a strong contender for one of the best comedy
albums of 2007.
The CD contains 21 tracks; most bits average 1-2 minutes, which
makes the listening experience more enjoyable. The sound quality
was beautiful and very easy on the ears with a very slight echo from
the stage to make it seem as you are actually hearing Shillue's act
right in the club.
One of the funniest tracks is "Nerd vs. Dork" where Shillue explains
the difference between the two as he also reminds us of that "dork
with a lot of confidence in high school."

If only I had heard the track "Wedding Planner" previous to my own engagement, I would have
probably suffered through a lot less. Listen to this track before proposing to your girl (or guy)
and have the confidence to enter into your wedding vows knowing you did things right, because
Tom Shillue is right on with this one.
