Comedian Sues Brother Over Treatment of Mother, Stake in Comedy Club

Comedian Pauly Shore has filed a lawsuit against his brother Peter for forcing his mother, Mitzi, to remove the comedian from the board of the Comedy Store, reports Courthouse News Service. Shore claims Parkinson’s disease has made their mother, Mitzi, “susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and undue influence.”
